5 WAYS TO HELP YOU GET ON YOUR TRACK



There is not a human being on this planet that goes through life feeling up 100% of the time. There is not a human being alive on this planet who is happy 100% of the time. We all have low moments. We all suffer setbacks. We all get swept up in something that we're not meant to do, and we all miss our way. Some of us are permanently lost, and some of us find our way back to the direction we were supposed to take. Whether you remain lost or find the direction is a choice. If you beat yourself down or lift yourself up, it is a choice and that choice starts to sin your own mind. Change your feelings, and your life will be changed.

1. Write down your REASON WHY 

When you know your reason at that time you need no external motivators. Why must you do what you do? Why must you succeed? Why do you have to improve yourself, get well, set a good example? Why do you have to raise money, change your mentality, improve relationships? Who are you doing it for? Why must you keep fighting? There's a cause and it will light a fire beneath anything you do until you discover the reason. It's going to inspire you to work faster, struggle longer to explore another way to find a way, never to give up. You're always going to have low points but never linger there.

2. Know that LIFE IS SHORT 

It can be one of the most important ways to get you back on track, to realize at a deep level that life is short, and you only get one chance at this human existence. It's not a method for recklessness or craziness, it's an understanding that life is short, and in the end, everything you worry over probably doesn't matter. It demands the heaviness of almost any problem. Let it go and work on doing the stuff that you do. Be thankful for the life you have inside, the time you have left, and making the best of the time, pursuing your interests, connecting yourself with wonderful people. How do I like to be remembered? Ask yourself. How should I work, today and every other day, so that I am remembered in this way?

3. FEED YOUR MIND 

Fill your mind with positive and powerful things. Embrace positive, transformative and powerful self-development elements as much as possible. However, you can do this, by reading books, listening to or watching audio videos, from a consultant. It doesn't matter how you do it, the big thing is you do it. If you fill your mind with powerful content every day and really accept it, you are less likely to lose your way. You have lost your way by being negatively involved like most people on this planet. Such as negative news, minor conflicts, comparisons with others. The thing that most people find themselves in is self-development. Be curious and open with your self-development. Learn to grow and develop yourself in all areas of your life. Ask yourself what you want to improve in your life, including your personal skills or traits, and look for the best mentors and skills in those areas. It is also known as gratitude that you can fill your mind with your own inner content. There is no stronger power in the world than gratitude, and if you really feel it deeply and practice it every day, it will ensure you stay in a strong, positive state.

4. MOVE! 

Science has proven that physical exercise can reduce stress and release endorphins or happy chemicals from your brain. So, the next time you feel like you’re losing your way, get into the gym, go for a run, apply that excitement of yours somewhere positive. Do this every day and continue to increase your physical strength. Your physique and posture have a lot to do with how you feel. You will feel very different when you stand with your chest swollen, then you will slide from the top, the shoulder will go down and you will go down. Take notes of your posture while you are down. Be aware. Learn all you can about it and make the necessary changes.

5. KNOW WHERE YOU WANT TO GO 

Aims are important because they clearly define where you want to go and keep you on track. Science and general knowledge will tell you that those who set specific and clearly defined goals are more likely to lead successful and fulfilling lives. Here are some secrets to setting your aims. First, be very precise about what you want. If it means money, don't just write "I want more money", just write how much money you want. If it’s a fitness goal, just write the right weight, not just “I want a better body”. The second is to be clear about what time you should have, for example, "I will earn one million dollars a year by December 31, 2020" or "By June 30, 2020, I will have reached 10% body fat." Finally, determine how you will reach that goal.  As soon as the connection is clear you will have a meaningful purpose to work with now. When you have something important to do, you are less likely to get off track. This is the key to making your life meaningful to you. We've given a money example, but your goal should never be centered around money unless that money goal is connected to a larger purpose that could be a child, family, or something you might believe.

Now you know how you can get back on track. You don't have to get lost. You also know that “ It will pass too." Keep going and keep growing.
